Problems
Streaming Videos from this Site?
Problem:
If
you are unable to view videos from the ITI web site, you
may be using an older version of the
RealPlayer software,
or your current version of the RealPlayer software
on your computer might not be properly configured .You
may see errors such as "file not found" or "improper
syntax", or at times clicking the links to the videos
has no effect.
To
check the version of the RealPlayer multimedia software
that you are using, open your RealPlayer application and
maximize it. On the top menu bar click on "Help" then
on "About RealPlayer". A window will open displaying
the version.
Solution:
1.
Uninstall your current RealPlayer application.
2. Download
and install the latest version of RealPlayer.
3. Open
the RealPlayer application and maximize it. On the top
menu bar click on "Tools" then
on "Preferences...".

4. In the "Category" section on the left click
on "Content" twice to expand it, if needed, then click on "Media
Types". On the right click on the "Advanced" button.

5. Scroll down past the section called "Other Media" to
the entry of "Real-Time Streaming Protocol". Make sure that this
entry has a checkmark next to it. Then click on the "OK" button below.

6. Close the RealPlayer application. Enjoy the videos.
