Last month, ASCE Civil Engineering Magazine published a special report on the collapse of I-35W over the Mississippi River in Minnesota. The lengthy report discusses the nationwide infrastructure crisis, the various elements that have caused these ongoing problems, and some possible solutions. This report was created with commentary from some of the nations leading experts on infrastructure. ITI Founding director David Schulz and ITI Research Associate Charles Dowding were both quoted in this article.
