George Nichols is associated with Northwestern's Advanced Coatings Technology Group. He has over three decades of experience in polymer development, organic synthesis, analytical chemistry, chemical and environmental safety, electrochemistry, and various coating technologies. His involvement with the Institute has included development and evaluation of surface-tolerant coatings for structural steel.
